1.2 The user understands and accepts that we only provide related network services, in addition to equipment related to related network services (such as personal computers, mobile phones, and other devices related to accessing the Internet or mobile Internet) and the required fees (For example, the telephone fee and Internet access fee paid for accessing the Internet, and the mobile phone fee paid for using the mobile network) shall be borne by the user.

4.3 You understand and agree that the software and network services provided by us are provided in accordance with the status quo that can be achieved by existing technologies and conditions. We will do our best to provide you with the service to ensure the continuity and security of the service. You understand that we cannot foresee and prevent technical and other risks at any time, including but not limited to service interruptions that may be caused by force majeure, viruses, Trojan horses, hacker attacks, system instability, third-party service defects, and intrusion of various other security issues. , loss of data, and other losses and risks.

4.4 You understand and agree that we have the right to modify, interrupt, suspend or terminate the relevant network services of this software after the announcement and notice for the needs of the overall operation of the service, without being responsible or liable to the user for any compensation.

5.1 In view of the particularity of network services, users agree that we have the right to change, interrupt or terminate some or all of the network services at any time according to business development without notifying users, nor assuming any responsibility to any user or any third party.

5.2 Users understand that we need to repair or maintain the platforms that provide network services (such as Internet websites, mobile networks, etc.) or related equipment on a regular or irregular basis. We are not responsible for this, but we should give advance notice as much as possible.

5.3 If the user violates the usage rules stipulated in this agreement, we have the right to interrupt or terminate the provision of network services (including paid network services) under this agreement to the user at any time without any responsibility to the user or any third party.

6.1 We are the intellectual property rights holder of the software and network services. All copyrights, trademarks, patents, trade secrets and other intellectual property rights related to the software and network services, as well as all information content (including but not limited to text, pictures, audio, video, graphics, interface) related to the software and network services Design, layout framework, relevant data or electronic documents, etc.) are protected by the laws and regulations of the People's Republic of China and corresponding international treaties, and we enjoy the above intellectual property rights, except for the rights that the relevant rights holders should enjoy in accordance with the law.

6.2 Without the written consent of us or the relevant rights holders, you shall not implement, utilize or transfer the above intellectual property rights by yourself or by permitting any third party for any commercial or non-commercial purpose.

7.1 You fully understand and agree that you must be responsible for all behaviors beyond this agreement or exceptions caused by other force majeure when you use the software. You should make your own judgment on the content of this software, and you must bear the following risks that are beyond the control of this software, including but not limited to:

7.1.1 You must select the software version that matches the installed mobile phone, otherwise, you will not be able to use related network services due to the mismatch between the software and the mobile phone model;

8.1 We do not guarantee that network services will meet the requirements of users, nor do we guarantee that network services will not be interrupted, nor do we guarantee the timeliness, security and accuracy of network services.

8.2 We do not guarantee the accuracy and completeness of external links set up for the convenience of users, and at the same time, we do not assume any responsibility for the content of any web pages pointed to by such external links that are not under our actual control.

8.3 We do not assume any responsibility for losses due to telecommunication system or Internet network failures, computer failures or viruses, information damage or loss, computer system problems or any other force majeure reasons, but will try our best to reduce the losses and losses caused to users. influence.

9.1 This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China.

9.2 Any dispute arising from or related to this agreement shall be settled through friendly negotiation by all parties; if the negotiation fails, either party may submit the relevant dispute to the competent people's court in our place for jurisdiction.

10.1 If any provision of this Agreement is invalid or unenforceable for any reason in whole or in part, or violates any applicable law, that provision shall be deemed deleted, but the remaining provisions of this Agreement shall remain valid and binding force.

10.2 We have the right to modify this Agreement at any time in accordance with changes in relevant laws and regulations, as well as adjustments to the company's operating conditions and business strategies, without the need to notify users separately. The revised agreement will be posted on the software. Users can browse the latest terms of service agreement through this software at any time. In the event of a relevant dispute, the latest agreement text shall prevail. If you do not agree with the modifications we have made to the relevant terms of this agreement, the user has the right to stop using the network service. If the user continues to use the network service, it is deemed that the user accepts the modification made by us to the relevant terms of this agreement.
