User Service Agreement

Before you use the Speech To Text software, please carefully read and fully understand the terms of this User Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement"), including the exemption clauses that exempt or limit the responsibility for Speech To Text translation and the restrictions on the rights of users. Please read carefully and choose to accept or not to accept this "Agreement" (minors should be accompanied by legal guardians to read). Unless you accept all terms of this Agreement, you have no right to download, install or use this software and its related services. Your download, installation, use, account acquisition and login will be deemed as acceptance of this Agreement, and you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. This "Agreement" describes the rights and obligations related to the licensed use of the "Software" and services between the recording and the user. "User" refers to an individual or organization that obtains software product and number authorization and uses Speech To Text related services through the means of obtaining software authorization and account registration provided by Speech To Text. The audio recording has the right to update this "Agreement" at any time. Once the updated terms of the agreement are announced, they will replace the original terms of the agreement without further notice. Users can download and install the software again or check the latest version of the terms of the agreement on the website. After Speech To Text revises the terms of the Agreement, if the user does not accept the revised terms, please stop using the software and services provided by Speech To Text immediately, and the user will continue to use the software and services provided by Speech To Text will be deemed to have accepted the revised agreement.

General

User's acceptance of this Agreement is bound by all terms, including acceptance of any modification to any of the Terms of Service made at any time by Speech To Text, which may be updated by Speech To Text at any time without prior notice. If there is any violation of the provisions of these terms, the recording has the right to terminate the user account of the relevant service without notice.

One: service content

Once you log in, you are solely responsible for all activities and events in your account, as opposed to registration. If your account and password are out of your control due to your negligence, you will be fully responsible for any damages caused to you or any third party.

Users should not transfer, rent/lend their accounts or give them to others to use in any form beyond the user's control. If the user finds that his account has been illegally used by others, he should immediately notify "recording to text". If the account is illegally used by others due to hacking or the user's negligence in custody, "Recording to Text" does not assume any responsibility

Protecting users' personal information is a basic principle of Speech To Text conversion. During the process of registering an account or using this service, you may need to fill in some necessary information. If there are special provisions in national laws and regulations, you need to fill in the real identity information. If the information you fill in is incomplete, you will not be able to use this service or will be restricted during use.

Audio to text will use various security technologies and procedures to establish a sound management system to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, use or disclosure.

Without your consent, we will not disclose your personal sensitive information to any company, organization or individual other than the recording and transcribing, except as otherwise provided by laws and regulations or this agreement.

Two: Instructions for use

Users must equip their own mobile phones and other wireless handheld terminals to access the Internet and use the equipment required for telecommunications value-added services, and bear the communication fees and information charges charged by personal mobile phones and other wireless handheld terminals to access the Internet or by third parties (including but not limited to telecommunications or mobile communication providers). related fees, etc. If it involves telecom value-added services, we recommend that you confirm the relevant fee issues with your telecom value-added service provider

You understand and agree that as long as you use the software and services, you will abide by the rights and obligations in these terms. You are responsible for all actions that occur under your registered name;

Users shall not use this software and services to deliberately create or spread computer viruses and other destructive programs, and shall not cause interference or confusion with respect to this service, servers or networks connected to this software and services, or violate any requirements, procedures, policies or rules, otherwise the recording and transcription will reserve the right to pursue its legal responsibility and have the right to submit it to the relevant departments for processing.

Users shall not use this software and services to spread, copy, send, upload and publish any information that obstructs social order or that is illegal, false, harassing, abusive, threatening, harmful, destructive, provocative, obscene, pornographic, etc. . The service rights obtained by the user in accordance with the terms of this agreement are not transferable.

If the user violates the national laws and regulations or the terms of this agreement, the company and the cooperative company will have the right to stop providing services to the user without taking any responsibility. In the event of any damage to the recording or its partner company or any dispute, lawsuit, claim from a third party, etc., the user shall compensate the company or the partner company for the corresponding losses, and the user shall also be responsible for the violation of the terms of service. bear full legal responsibility for all consequences. The Speech To Text has the right to identify and delete any articles, materials, pictures, charts, etc. published by the user that do not comply with national laws, regulations and policies, and the Terms of Service, without further notice to the user.

Transcript reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. Users must comply with matters including but not limited to the following:

Not to use the software and services to disseminate content that opposes the basic principles established by the Constitution;

Do not use the software and services to spread content that endangers national security, leaks state secrets, subverts state power, and undermines national unity;

Do not use the software and services to spread content that damages national honor and interests;

Do not use the software and services to spread content that incites ethnic hatred, ethnic discrimination, or destroys ethnic unity;

Do not use this software and services to spread content that undermines the national religious policy, and promotes cults and feudal superstitions;

Do not use the software and services to spread rumors, disrupt social order, or disrupt social stability;

Do not use this software and services to spread obscene, pornographic, gambling, violent, murderous, terrorist or instigating crime content;

Do not use the software and services to disseminate content that insults or slanders others or infringes upon the legitimate rights and interests of others;

Do not use the software and services to disseminate other content prohibited by laws and administrative regulations;

Do not upload any virus, Trojan horse, or worm and other content that endangers network health;

Do not create, publish, or disseminate software for stealing Speech To Text accounts and other people's exclusive information, property, and confidential information;

The software and services or related links may not be sold, rented, loaned, distributed, transferred, or sublicensed or benefited from the use of the software and services or the terms of the software and services, regardless of the above, without the express written authorization of the recording and transcribing whether the use is for direct economic or monetary gain;

Not to use the software and other services provided by the recording and transcription in any unlawful way, for any unlawful purpose, or in any way inconsistent with this agreement;

Three: Payment Instructions

Payment: This product is a virtual product, once paid, no refund will be accepted.

Four: Service Risks and Disclaimer

The software and services are only provided according to their current conditions. The software and services involve services such as wireless Internet and mobile communications, which may be affected by unstable factors in various links. Therefore, the software and services have the risk of service interruption or failure to meet user requirements due to the above-mentioned force majeure, computer virus or hacker attack, system instability, user location, user shutdown, GSM and other mobile networks, Internet networks, and communication lines. Users who use this software and services shall bear the above risks, and the timeliness, security and accuracy of the services are not guaranteed by the Speech To Text translation.

The user understands that the transcribing of audio recordings requires regular or irregular repairs or maintenance of the platforms that provide network services (such as Internet websites, mobile networks, etc.) or related equipment, such as the interruption of network services within a reasonable time due to such circumstances. , the Speech To Text transfer does not need to take any responsibility for this, but "the Speech To Text transfer should be announced in advance as much as possible.

Due to unstable wireless network signals and low wireless network bandwidth, there are risks such as failure to log in to the Speech To Text account and slow page opening.

The user must select the version of the recording-to-text software that matches the installed mobile phone. Otherwise, any software problems, mobile phone problems or damages caused by the mismatch between the software and the mobile phone model shall be borne by the user. Information security risks that may arise when the user's mobile phone private information uses the software and services. Content quality and security problems encountered by users when using this software to access third-party websites shall be borne by the users themselves.

The use of this "software" must comply with relevant national laws and policies, safeguard national interests, protect national security, and abide by this "Agreement". All responsibilities arising from the user's illegal use or violation of this "Agreement" shall be fully borne by the user, and have nothing to do with the recording-to-text and the cooperative unit; if the recording-to-text and the cooperative unit are lost, the Speech To Text and the cooperative unit have The right to demand compensation from users, and the right to keep relevant records. Moreover, if the user violates the law or violates this "Agreement" and violates the relevant terms of service stipulated by the recording and other services provided by the software and the recording-to-text account accessed by the software and the recording-to-text account, the recording-to-text has the right to consider the nature of the user's behavior. Without prior notice to the user, take measures including but not limited to interrupting the license, stopping the provision of services, restricting the use, reclaiming the user's recording-to-text account, and pursuing legal investigations. For illegal activities, harassment, and deception of other users by using the Speech To Text account, the Speech To Text has the right to reclaim the account. The resulting losses, including but not limited to user communication interruption, loss of user data, emails and game items, shall be borne by the user.

Any other software derived from this "software" that is not developed and officially released without the authorization of Speech To Text or Speech To Text is illegal. Downloading, installing and using such software may lead to unpredictable risks. Legal liability and disputes have nothing to do with the transcription of audio recordings. Users are not allowed to easily download, install, and use such software, otherwise, the company has the right to unilaterally terminate the user's qualification to use the account without prior notice to the user.

The user can only log in to use the "software" provided by the Speech To Text and other legal channels to use the Speech To Text. Users shall not log in and use the Speech To Text account through other methods developed without the authorization of Speech To Text, including but not limited to illegal compatible software, programs or other methods that are not expressly approved by Speech To Text; In the case of notifying the user, unilaterally terminate the user's qualification to use the recording-to-text account.

VI: Changes to the terms of service and agreement

The audio recording has the right to modify the terms of this agreement when necessary. Once the terms of the agreement are changed, the revised terms of the agreement will be announced on the relevant pages. If you do not agree with the changed content, the user should cancel the service actively. If the user continues to use the service, it is deemed to accept the changes in the terms of the agreement. The recording-to-text and cooperative companies have the right to modify or change the charging services, charging standards, charging methods, service fees, and terms of service provided as needed. When recording to text provides services, users of some services may start to charge certain fees now or in the future. If users refuse to pay such fees, they cannot continue to use related services after the charging starts. The recording-to-text and partner companies will do their best to notify users of relevant modifications or changes by email or other effective means.

VII: Dispute Jurisdiction and Applicable Law

The validity and interpretation of the terms of this agreement shall be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. If any part of the terms of the agreement contradicts the laws of the People's Republic of China, this part of the terms shall be re-interpreted in accordance with the law, and the invalidity or re-interpretation of some terms shall not affect the legal effect of other terms. Both the user and the Speech To Text agree that any disputes arising from this service should be resolved through negotiation. If the negotiation fails, either party may submit a court ruling in the jurisdiction of Donghu High-tech, Wuhan, where the Speech To Text is located. 

The recording-to-text has the right to interpret and modify the contents of the above terms.
